Ukraine peace plan: North Korean involvement in talks with Chinese envoy

Li, who recently visited Moscow, emphasized the importance of Moscow's involvement in any Ukraine settlement talks. Yermak also shared examples of downed missiles and weapons allegedly supplied by North Korea to Russia for use in attacking Ukraine during the meeting.

The Ukrainian delegation also raised concerns about Russian violations of international conventions regarding prisoners of war and sought China's assistance in repatriating Ukrainian children who were reportedly deported. Russia denies these allegations, stating that children were relocated from the war zone for their safety.
