SNL Josh Brolin Heidi Gardner Thwart Bank Robbery With Strip-Kinky Act

Couple hilariously outwits robbers by pretending to be willing participants in a bank heist, resulting in a comedic showdown.

As two masked intruders clad in black make their entrance, Gardner boldly taunts them, disregarding their initial reluctance to engage. "No one gets hurt? Yeah, right. I've seen enough movies to know what happens to a chick like me. Take me to the vault and get it over with, you nasty boys!" she declares, provoking one of the robbers (James Austin Johnson) to retort: "Lady, shut up!"

Eager to be part of the action, Brolin interjects: "And what am I supposed to do, just watch? Watch helplessly as you have your way with my supple wife?" Soon after, it is revealed that the couple has voluntarily bound their own hands. "We didn't want to give you sickos the satisfaction," Brolin explains. "Oh God, I can picture it now: you probably are going to take my chick in the back and lay her on a bed of quarters and make a smut film in the vault. You make me sick!"

Despite the protests of the second robber (Devon Walker) that they have no intention of involving his wife, Brolin discloses that he and Gardner have "just opened up our marriage." The arrival of Marcello Hernandez as the getaway driver adds an unexpected twist. "Oh, look at that!" Gardner exclaims. "A barely legal Latino!"

As the trio of robbers strategize their next move, Brolin and Gardner strip down to their underwear, now restrained in handcuffs. "Know this: I do pilates, okay?" Brolin boasts, striking a pose with his leg propped up on a desk. "It's gonna hurt you more than it's gonna hurt me."

With the sound of approaching police sirens, the robbers flee, leaving Brolin and Gardner to indulge in fantasies involving law enforcement. "I hope those beefy pigs don't try to join in," Gardner muses.

"But if they do, he's gonna film it," Brolin adds enthusiastically, gesturing towards bank teller Bowen Yang, who has been desperately trying to distance himself from the couple.

This sketch featuring Brolin shedding layers of clothing was not the only instance of his daring antics, as the Dune star concludes his monologue by immersing himself in an ice bath.
