The National Basketball Association resumed after the All-Star break with the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks both continuing their winning streaks. The Mavericks secured their seventh straight victory with a 123-113 win over the Phoenix Suns, led by Luka Doncic's impressive 41-point performance. Meanwhile, the Celtics also notched their seventh consecutive win with a 129-112 victory over the Chicago Bulls, thanks to Derrick White's 28 points and Jayson Tatum's 25 points.

Devin Booker scored 35 points for the Suns, but the Mavericks showed their strength and earned a crucial victory to climb into playoff position.

In Oklahoma City, the Thunder secured a 129-107 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring 31 points. The Thunder's balanced performance, with all five starters scoring in double figures, showcased their strength in the Western Conference.
