Shubhankar Sharma, the only Indian representative at the Dubai Desert Classic, shot a 1-under 71 in his second round to make the cut and secure a tied-52nd place finish. Sharma's first eight holes were action-packed, starting with a double bogey and ending with an eagle. Cameron Young took the lead with a three-shot advantage after shooting 67-64, putting him at 13-under. Andy Sullivan and Adrian Meronk are close behind, with Meronk missing a crucial birdie putt on the 18th hole. The Hojgaard twins and Richie Ramsay are tied for fourth at 7-under.
