Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is set to launch on January 18th across all platforms, including PC, the Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles. According to Polygon's Maddy Myers, the game is receiving high praise and is considered a fantastic addition to the series. If you're curious about the game, you can try out a free demo on your platform of choice.

The series' pivot back to 2D for The Lost Crown may be just what it needed to resonate with this generation of consoles and players, following the beloved 3D pivot in The Sands of Time. Additionally, the game runs at 60 frames per second on every console.

For those interested in pre-ordering the game, there are various bonuses available. The $49.99 title can be pre-ordered in physical format for every platform except PC. Retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and Walmart offer hard copies for your preferred console. As a pre-order bonus, you'll receive a Warrior Within outfit for the game's protagonist, Sargon.

If you prefer to buy the game digitally through your console's storefront, links are available for Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation.
