Patriots vs. Broncos game day roster: Offensive line shuffle continues in Week 16 with multiple injuries and changes to the lineup.

The New England Patriots are facing yet another week of personnel changes as they prepare to take on the Denver Broncos in Week 16. The offensive line, in particular, will see significant adjustments due to injuries to left tackle Conor McDermott and left guard Cole Strange, who are both now on injured reserve following injuries sustained in their last game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Trent Brown and Atonio Mafi will step in to fill the void left by McDermott and Strange. Brown, who has been dealing with multiple injuries, will resume his role as the nominal starter at left tackle, while Mafi, a fifth-round rookie, will make his fifth start of the season at left guard.

To bolster their depth, the Patriots signed veteran interior lineman James Ferentz from the practice squad to the active roster. This move provides the team with an alternative option in case Mafi is unable to perform at left guard.

The Patriots' game day roster for Week 16 includes a lineup that reflects these changes, with a focus on the offensive line, as well as adjustments in the skill position corps and the defensive unit. The average age of the roster is 25.9 years, a year younger than last week.

Inactives for the game include TE Hunter Henry, S Jabrill Peppers, DE Sam Roberts, QB Nathan Rourke, WR Matthew Slater, WR JuJu Smith-Schuster, and RB Rhamondre Stevenson. The practice squad and injured reserve designated to return and eligible to return lists have also seen changes since last week, with players being added and removed from these groups.

The Patriots' Week 16 game against the Broncos is scheduled to kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET at Empower Field at Mile High.
