Ronaldo scores Al Nassr cruises Al Shabab King Cup quarterfinals

In a thrilling match, Al Nassr emerged victorious over Al Shabab in the quarterfinals of the King Cup, the domestic tournament of Saudi Arabia. The match took place at the Al-Shabab club stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The game began with Al Shabab showing strength as they won a penalty in the 14th minute. However, Yannick Carrasco missed a big chance for the home side as he slipped and fired the ball over the crossbar from the spot. Moments later, in the 17th minute, Mane shot the ball, and Seko Fofana comfortably finished it off the rebound after the keeper saved the initial shot.

Al Shabab equalized in the 24th minute from a corner as Carlos Junior headed the ball into the back of the net. However, Sadio Mane quickly gifted the lead back to Al Nassr after a quick one-two with Otavio on the counter, finishing into an empty net in the 28th minute.

Just before half-time, in the fourth minute of stoppage time, Marcelo Brozovic passed the ball into the box from the left to Cristiano Ronaldo, who left it for Abdulrahman Ghareeb to tap into the net.

The second half saw Al Nassr dominating possession and keeping Al Shabab at bay with tight defending. Al Nassr scored their fourth goal in the 74th minute as Otavio played a slick pass to Ronaldo, who finished it in the bottom right corner.

In the 90th minute, Al Shabab managed to get a consolation goal through a rebound by Hatten Bahebri. However, Al Nassr had the final say with a goal from Mohammed Maran in the sixth minute of stoppage time.

Al Nassr comfortably secured a spot in the semifinals, taking a step closer to the silverware. This victory was a testament to their skill and determination on the field.
