Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors has had a long-standing history with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and on Saturday, he added another incident to the story by getting into an altercation with Donovan Mitchell.

This altercation resulted in Green receiving a technical foul, his second of the game, which led to an automatic ejection. Mitchell, on the other hand, remained in the game and helped the Cavs secure a significant win. However, this didn't stop his mother from reaching out to him multiple times to discuss the incident with Green.

Following the game, Mitchell's mother, Nicole, was concerned about her son's involvement in the altercation and wanted to talk about it. Mitchell explained that Green had pushed him, and he responded in kind, which led to the altercation.

The officials reviewed the altercation and the plays that led up to it. They found that Green had previously bumped Mitchell from behind in transition, which went uncalled and led to Mitchell's retaliation.

Green finished the game with eight points, five rebounds, and four assists, but due to the ejection, he only played for 18 minutes. Mitchell, despite not having the most efficient evening, finished with 21 points, seven rebounds, and five assists, leading the Cavs to a 118-110 victory over the Warriors.
