Logan Paul and Dillon Danis are embroiled in a highly personal and contentious fight. The feud escalated when Paul's fianceé, supermodel Nina Agdal, filed charges against Danis for sharing "revenge porn" online. The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, alleges that Danis posted sexually explicit photos of Agdal without her consent.

Agdal's attorneys, Joseph B. Shumofsky and Linxuan Yan of Sills Cummins & Gross P.C., argue that Danis engaged in a relentless campaign of cyber harassment and bullying against Agdal. They claim that he shared a nonconsensual explicit photograph of Agdal, resulting in hundreds of crude and disparaging posts about her on social media platforms.

The lawsuit invokes the U.S. "revenge porn statute" and a New Jersey invasion of privacy statute. Agdal seeks a temporary restraining order and eventual permanent restraining order against Danis, as well as damages of at least $150,000 and the profits he made from the social media posts about her.

Danis complied with the promoter's orders and deleted the explicit photo, as failure to do so would have resulted in the cancellation of the upcoming fight. However, Agdal continues to pursue legal action, expressing her determination to hold Danis accountable.

In an interview with ESPN, Danis expressed confidence in his ability to win both the fight against Logan Paul and the legal battle against Agdal. He referred to it as the "biggest comeback in sports history."

The boxing match between Paul and Danis is set to take place in Manchester, England, as part of a card that includes a main event match between YouTuber KSI and boxer Tommy Fury.
