T.D. Thirteen Forms, Forecast to Become Hurricane Lee

Tropical Depression Thirteen is expected to become Hurricane Lee by this weekend, potentially posing a threat to the Caribbean and U.S. East Coast.

Tropical Depression Thirteen has formed in the Atlantic Ocean, positioned approximately 1,400 miles east of the Lesser Antilles.
