Insidious: The Red Door is touted as the "final chapter of the Lambert family's terrifying saga," implying that this may be the last time we see Wilson and the rest of the cast in this franchise.

The film's last trailer, released recently, offers a glimpse into the intense and chilling atmosphere that awaits audiences.

In an interview with DiscussingFilm, producer Jason Blum revealed that Insidious: The Red Door would mark the end of the franchise, at least for the foreseeable future. While he doesn't rule out the possibility of a return in the distant future if a compelling idea arises, there are currently no plans for a sixth installment.
